How do I place an order?
The easiest way to get started is by filling out our project inquiry form. You can tell us about your project, upload inspiration photos, and include details like size, finish, timeline, and budget.
Once we review your submission, we'll follow up to discuss the design, quote, deposit, and next steps.
Deposits and Payments
All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before pickup or shipment.
We currently accept Zelle.
Build Timelines
Every piece is handcrafted to order. Estimated timelines:
- Cutting Boards: 1-2 weeks
- Coffee Tables: 3-4 weeks
- Vanity Desks: 3-4 weeks
- Media Consoles: 4-6 weeks
Timelines may vary based on current order volume, material availability, and the complexity of the project.
Shipping
We are based in Houston, TX and offer local pickup at no charge.
For out-of-state orders, shipping is calculated based on size, weight, and destination.
We carefully package every piece for transit. If an issue occurs during shipping, please contact us right away so we can help guide the next steps.
Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation is requested after work has begun, the deposit will be retained to cover materials and labor already invested.
Custom Orders
We welcome custom requests including size modifications, wood species, stains, and finishes. Each custom order is quoted individually and must be confirmed before work begins.
